Purpose

We process the data you provide through the forms in order to process and assess your loan application, handle your enquiries and manage the contractual relationship if the loan is granted. To assess the application we may process identification, contact, financial and creditworthiness data.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when ticking the form box, the performance of a contract (when the loan is formalised) and compliance with legal obligations applicable to financing entities.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation or when necessary to provide the service (e.g. credit information systems or payment entities), always with the guarantees required by law.

Retention

We keep the data while the relationship or the consent given is maintained, and afterwards for the periods legally required (especially regarding financial, tax and anti-money-laundering matters).

Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@eurolinkfinance.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
