Lender: Eurolink Microfinance Corporation S.L., a Spanish company with registered office at Calle Bravo Murillo 102, 3D, 28020 Madrid (Spain), Tax ID B88103445. Financing offer applicable only to new Euro Link Finance customers applying for their first loan through https://eurolinkfinance.es/. The applicant must be a natural person of legal age with permanent residence and address in Spain. First loan amount of up to €300 with a minimum and maximum term of 61 calendar days. As an example, for a €100 loan repaid in 61 days, interest would be €26, equivalent to an APR of 298.60% and a nominal rate (TIN) of 157.06%. In the event of non-payment, the late-payment penalty is 0.8% per day on the unpaid amount, up to a maximum of 100% of the loan principal. Nominal rate (TIN) from 0% to 500% and APR from 0% to 6434.50%. The TIN and APR vary according to the applicant's credit profile, the capital amount requested and the financing term chosen. The total amount owed comprises the capital lent plus interest, fees and charges. Withdrawal policy: no right of withdrawal applies.
